ANNOUNCEMENT
TO SHAREHOLDERS
It is hereby notified to the Shareholders that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders hereinafter referred to as the “Meeting” on Friday, June 21, 2024.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 paragraph (8) of the Company’s Articles of Association. The Meeting Invitation along with the details of its agenda will be published in 1 (one) daily newspaper, which has a wide circulation in Indonesia, namely on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
Those entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are the Shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s Shareholders Register on May 29, 2024 until 16:00 WIB.
Every proposal from the Shareholders will be included in the agenda of the Meeting if it meets the requirements set out in the Company’s Articles of Association, namely Article 22 paragraph (7) and is received by the Company no later than 7 (seven) days before the date of the Meeting Invitation.
